Last updated: July 5, 2026
Arsenal Hill Technologies LLC (“Arsenal Hill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software applications and related services, including OrgMe and OrgMeMail (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to arsenalhill.com and to our applications that link to it.
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information — such as your name and email address when you create an account or sign in (including via Google Sign-In).
- Content and data you enter into the Services, such as organizational information in OrgMe.
- Messages you send us, including through a contact form or by email.
Google account data
Certain applications, such as OrgMeMail, connect to your Google account with your permission to provide email-related features. With your authorization, we access Google user data — which may include your email messages, metadata, labels, and profile information — solely to provide and improve those features for you. See Google API Limited Use below.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and log data, such as pages viewed, actions taken, and timestamps.
- Device and connection information, such as browser type, operating system, and IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to keep you signed in and to understand how the Services are used.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Authenticate you and secure your account;
- Provide the specific features you request (for example, connecting and displaying your email in OrgMeMail);
- Communicate with you about the Services, including support and administrative messages;
- Monitor and analyze usage to improve functionality and reliability;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
Google API Limited Use
OrgMeMail’s (and any other Arsenal Hill application’s) use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide and improve the user-facing features you request.
- We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to affected users.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless: (a) we have your affirmative consent to view specific messages; (b) it is necessary for security purposes, such as investigating abuse; (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law; or (d) the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers (sub-processors). We rely on trusted third parties to host and operate the Services, including Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), and Google (sign-in and email integration). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Arsenal Hill, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described below.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
- Access and correction. You can access and update your account information within the Services.
- Deletion. You may request that we delete your account and associated data by contacting us at info@arsenalhill.com.
- Revoke Google access. You can disconnect your Google account at any time via the Services or your Google Account settings.

Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and services (such as Google). Their practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
